FAQs Specific to Time Blocks:
Q: How do I know how many hours I need?
A: Most clients start with 2 blocks (8 hours) to tackle 1-2 deliverables. We can always add more blocks if needed. I’ll give you time estimates during planning call so you can decide.
Q: Do hours expire?
A: No expiration on purchased hours, but I recommend using within 3-6 months for best collaboration flow.
Q: What if I don’t use all the time in a block?
A: Unused time stays in your account and can be used in future sessions. I’ll always be transparent about time tracking during our work together.
Q: Can I book different time windows for different blocks?
A: Yes! Block 1 might be 12-4pm (photoshoot), Block 2 might be 2-6pm (editing work). We’ll discuss optimal timing during planning call.
Q: What’s the difference between straight blocks and split blocks?
A: Straight blocks (4 hours continuous) are best for momentum-based work like video editing or photography shoots. Split blocks (11-1 + 2-4 with lunch break) are best for iterative work like brand strategy or projects that benefit from mid-session review. Split blocks cost +£50 because they block more of my day.
