My story
After burning out in my first job at 21, I left to study Graphic Design, only to be hit with a storm of mental health struggles, academic setbacks, and eventually, a life-changing autism diagnosis. At my lowest, I couldn’t even focus long enough to finish a GP form, but piece by piece, through therapy, medication, support, and fierce self-compassion, I rebuilt.
What started as a favour for a friend turned into my first freelance job. And that tiny “yes” cracked open a future I never thought I’d be ready for. Now, I help others – freelancers, founders, values-led brands – share their stories through creative content that connects, without burning out or selling out.
Because I’ve lived the burnout. I’ve felt the invisibility. I’ve questioned whether I was “too much” or “not enough.”
And I’ve built something better – not just for me, but for the people I now get to serve.
