But here’s the part that really matters:
After burning out in my first job at 21, I left to study Graphic Design, only to face mental health struggles, academic setbacks, and eventually a life-changing autism diagnosis. At my lowest, I couldn’t focus long enough to finish a GP form.
Piece by piece, through therapy, support, and fierce self-compassion, I rebuilt.
What started as a favour for a friend became my first freelance job. That tiny “yes” opened a future I never thought I’d be ready for.
Now I help others share their stories through creative content that connects – without burning out or selling out.
This lived experience isn’t just backstory. It’s my competitive advantage in understanding and serving founders who are building something meaningful while protecting their wellbeing.
